1) Meeting began at approximately 6:00pm.
2) Discussion with EPA and LATAG EBoard member:
a) Technical Advisor contract – current draft form is getting positive feedback with EPA.
b) Grant Administrator Contract - EPA accepts the contract, signatures are needed and copies to EPA, LATAG and the GA are needed.
i) JoElyn Brus made the motion to accept the Grant Administrator’s contract as submitted to EPA, LeRoy Thom second the motion, motion unanimously passed.
ii) Cheryl Fox to email the grant administrator contract to all EBoard members (ACTION ITEM).
iii) Cheryl Fox to fax the Technical Advisor’s original contract (from 2005) to EPA (ACTION ITEM).
iv)
3) Documents needing discussion and review:
a) Technical advisor contract – review and edits can be facilitated faster if a laptop computer was available at the next meeting (ACTION ITEM).
b) Grant renewal document – additional work orders will be needed (ACTION ITEM).
