1) Meeting began at approximately 12:00pm.
2) Documents needing discussion and review:
a) Technical Advisor Contract
i) Continued edits of the contract covering the items changed at the Friday, October 12th, 2007 meeting.
(1) Review of work plan submitted by Gerry Henningsen
(2) Budgeted Amount – $32,008.58 contract written for $32,000 for one year.
(a) Grant Balance: $40,190.58
(b) Grant Administrator’s contract: $8,182.00
(c) Technical Advisor’s contract: $32,008.58
ii) Edits were reviewed by the EBoard. The Grant Administrator was asked to get the contract to Gerry Henningsen with a possible response Friday, October 19th, 2007 (ACTION ITEM).
(1) After Gerry Henningsen’s approval the contract needs to be forwarded to EPA for their review.
