1) Meeting began at approximately 6:30pm
2) LATAG Contractor Contracts:
a) Technical Advisor Contract:
i) Discussion followed regarding concerns on verbiage regarding the $25 gratuity limit. It was decided to leave the current verbiage in the contract.
ii) LeRoy Thom made the motion to submit the contract as written to the LATAG Board for their review and vote, Eileen Carney second the motion, motion unanimously passed.
b) Grant Administrator Contract:
i) Discussion followed regarding the contract, minor changes were incorporated reflecting the final contract.
ii) Eileen Carney made the motion to submit the contract with corrections to the LATAG Board for their review and vote, JoElyn Brus second the motion, motion unanimously passed.
3) Next Executive Board meeting is scheduled for Friday, November 9th for the remaining outstanding EBoard agenda items.
4) JoElyn Brus made the motion to adjourn the meeting, Eileen Carney second the motion, motion unanimously passed.
Meeting adjourned at approximately 6:55pm.
