After some discussion regarding a ROD task order to Terry Spear, a motion was made by LeRoy, second by JoElyn, to issue a task order if one is not included in our May 11,2010, regular board meeting minutes.
In-Kind totals for Reimbursements #77 & #78 were reviewed.
David Schachterle’s and Linda Armer ‘s email addressing a Grant Administration position were reviewed and discussed The ExBoard will address this matter again after the results of our recent ad notices in the local paper and Job Service for this position.
Rent payment for the LATAG Office space and utilities were addressed. The matter will be addressed after the ExBoard review’s our Grant.
Mike Noble will be contacting the Lincoln County Credit Union regarding Bank Statements and cancelled checks required by our Accountant to complete our 2009 Taxes.
